Terms & Conditions — ambo4d User Agreement

1 Definitions

For the purposes of this Agreement, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below:

• "Platform" — the ambo4d website, software, mobile interface, and all related services accessible at https://ambo4d.cam.
• "Account" — the personal account registered by a User on the Platform, including all associated balance, transaction history, and profile data.
• "Real Money Balance" — funds deposited by the User that are available for wagering and withdrawal.
• "Bonus Balance" — promotional credits awarded by ambo4d that are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total monetary volume of bets that must be placed before a Bonus Balance becomes eligible for withdrawal.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by ambo4d before processing withdrawals or increasing deposit limits.
• "WIB" — Waktu Indonesia Barat; Western Indonesia Time (UTC+7), the default time zone for all platform operations and support hours.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — Indonesian Rupiah, the exclusive currency of all transactions on the Platform.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — any stake placed by a User on a game outcome, sporting event, or other event offered by ambo4d.

2 Eligibility

To register and maintain an active account on ambo4d, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

1. You must be a natural person — corporate or institutional registrations are not permitted.
2. You must be a resident of Indonesia and at least 21 years of age. Access by individuals under 21 years old is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
3. You must not be registered as a self-excluded player or have an account suspended or closed by ambo4d for any prior breach of this Agreement.
4. You must have the full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you in your jurisdiction of residence.
5. You must not be an employee, contractor, officer, or director of ambo4d or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of any such person.
6. You must not access the Platform from any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited under applicable law, beyond the scope of this Agreement's governing-law clause.

3 Account Registration

To access the full features of the ambo4d Platform, you are required to register a personal account. The following conditions apply:

• Each individual is permitted to register and maintain only one (1) active account. Operating multiple accounts is a serious breach and will result in the immediate suspension of all associated accounts.
• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, and mobile phone number.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of your account credentials. ambo4d will not be liable for any loss resulting from unauthorized access caused by your failure to safeguard your login details.
• You must notify ambo4d immediately at [email protected] if you suspect any unauthorized access to your account.
• Account ownership is non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your account or any balance therein to any third party.
• ambo4d reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate any registration at its sole discretion, including where a User is found to have provided false or misleading information.

4 KYC Identity Verification

ambo4d is committed to preventing underage gambling, money laundering, and fraudulent activity. As part of this commitment, all accounts are subject to KYC (Know Your Customer) verification requirements:

• You may be required to submit a copy of a valid government-issued photo identification (e.g., Indonesian National Identity Card / KTP, or passport) before your first withdrawal is processed.
• ambo4d may request additional documentation — including proof of address, proof of payment method ownership, or source of funds documentation — at any stage of account review.
• Documents submitted must be clear, legible, and unaltered. ambo4d reserves the right to reject any document that appears to be tampered with or fraudulent.
• Failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable timeframe requested by ambo4d may result in withdrawal restrictions or account suspension.
• All KYC documentation is handled securely in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the ambo4d Platform are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR / Rp). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:

Deposits:

• Minimum deposit via bank transfer (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon) is Rp 50.000.
• Minimum deposit via e-wallet (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) is Rp 20.000.
• Deposits are typically credited instantly. ambo4d is not liable for delays caused by third-party payment processors or banking systems.
• Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used for deposits. Third-party funding is strictly prohibited.

Withdrawals:

• Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100.000. Maximum single withdrawal limits vary by payment method and account tier.
• Withdrawals are processed by our finance team during operating hours of 07:00–23:00 WIB, 7 days a week. Requests submitted outside these hours are queued and processed at the next available window.
• Estimated processing times: BCA/BRI/BNI/Mandiri bank transfers — 15 to 60 minutes; e-wallets — 15 to 30 minutes. These are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
• ambo4d reserves the right to carry out additional identity and payment verification checks before approving any withdrawal.
• Any withdrawal request may be suspended if the account is under investigation for suspected fraud, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms.
• Withdrawals will only be made to accounts or wallets owned by the registered account holder. ambo4d does not process withdrawals to third-party accounts.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

ambo4d offers promotional bonuses subject to the following conditions. By claiming any bonus, you agree to these terms in full:

• All bonuses are credited as Bonus Balance and are subject to wagering requirements before any part of the bonus or winnings derived from it may be withdrawn.
• The welcome bonus carries a wagering requirement of 10× the bonus amount. For example, a bonus of Rp 500.000 requires Rp 5.000.000 in qualifying bets before withdrawal eligibility is unlocked.
• Wagering contributions vary by game type. Slots typically contribute 100% toward the wagering requirement. Live casino games and sportsbook bets may contribute less — refer to the specific promotion page for contribution rates.
• Bonuses are intended for individual use only. ambo4d reserves the right to void bonuses and related winnings if evidence of coordinated bonus abuse is detected.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method.
• ambo4d reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Changes will be communicated via the platform or email where reasonably practicable.
• Promotional terms published on specific promotion pages take precedence over general bonus terms where there is any conflict.
• Unused Bonus Balance expires 30 days after it is credited, unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms.

7 Betting Rules

The following general betting rules apply to all wagering activity on the ambo4d Platform:

• All bets are final once confirmed by the platform. Bets may not be cancelled or amended by the User after confirmation, except where ambo4d expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• ambo4d reserves the right to void any bet placed in error, including bets on events that were already concluded at the time of placement, or bets placed at obviously incorrect odds due to a technical or human error.
• In the event of a sporting event being abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, bets will be settled according to the specific sport and market rules applicable at the time of the event.
• ambo4d offers Asian handicap (voor bola, Indonesia's most popular football betting format), Over/Under, 1X2, mix parlay (accumulator), BTTS, and total-goals markets on football events. Market-specific rules are published within the sportsbook interface.
• Maximum payout per bet is subject to limits set by ambo4d and may vary by sport, market, and account tier. These limits are displayed within the betting interface prior to bet confirmation.
• All slot games and live casino games use certified random number generators (RNGs) audited for fairness. ambo4d does not manipulate game outcomes.

8 Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the ambo4d Platform. Violations may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Registering multiple accounts or using another person's identity or payment details.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or AI tools to place bets, generate results, or interact with the platform in a non-human manner.
• Exploiting technical errors, software glitches, or loopholes in game logic to generate irregular profits.
• Coordinating with other players to manipulate game outcomes or bonus distributions (collusion).
• Systematic abuse of bonuses or promotions, including placing bets designed to exploit wagering requirements while minimizing actual risk.
• Attempting to launder funds or otherwise using the Platform for any financial transaction unrelated to genuine gaming activity.
• Providing false, fraudulent, or misleading information in connection with your account registration, KYC submission, or any support request.
• Using the Platform while located in a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by applicable law.
• Engaging in any conduct that disrupts the operation of the Platform or negatively affects the experience of other users.

9 Intellectual Property

All content on the ambo4d Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, software code, and the ambo4d brand identity — is the exclusive intellectual property of ambo4d or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, or create derivative works from any content on the Platform without the express prior written consent of ambo4d.
• Access to the Platform does not grant you any ownership rights in any content or intellectual property on the Platform.
• Any feedback, suggestions, or ideas you submit regarding the Platform may be used by ambo4d without restriction and without any obligation to compensate you.

10 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, ambo4d and its officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors expressly disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

• ambo4d shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform, including any loss of funds, loss of data, or loss of profits.
• ambo4d shall not be liable for any service interruption, technical failure, or data loss caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, banking system downtime, natural disasters, or regulatory actions.
• ambo4d does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access to the Platform. Planned and unplanned maintenance periods may result in temporary unavailability.
• You acknowledge that gambling carries inherent financial risk and that you engage in all betting activity at your own risk. ambo4d does not guarantee any specific gaming outcome.

11 Privacy

The collection, storage, and use of your personal data by ambo4d is governed by our Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of this Agreement and is incorporated herein by reference. By creating an account, you acknowledge that you have read and accepted the Privacy Policy.

In summary, ambo4d collects personal information necessary to operate your account, process transactions, verify your identity, and communicate with you about your account and promotions. We do not sell your personal data to third parties and we apply industry-standard technical and organizational security measures to protect your information.

12 Responsible Gaming

ambo4d is firmly committed to promoting responsible gambling among all its members. Gambling is intended as a form of entertainment, and we encourage all players to engage in a manner that remains within their personal financial means.

• All registered members may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits through the account settings panel or by contacting customer support. Once a limit is set, it takes effect immediately and cannot be increased for a cooling-off period of 24 hours.
• Members who feel they need a break from gambling may activate a temporary time-out (minimum 24 hours, up to 90 days) by contacting our support team.
• Self-exclusion is available for members who wish to permanently or indefinitely close their account. Self-exclusion requests are irrevocable for the period selected and can be extended but not shortened.
• ambo4d strictly enforces the 21+ age requirement and will close any account found to be operated by a person under this age.

13 Amendments to These Terms

ambo4d reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will become effective upon publication on this page and the "Last Updated" date will be revised accordingly.

Where changes are material, ambo4d will endeavor to notify affected Members via email or an on-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any revision constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform immediately and contact support to close your account.

14 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

This Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with applicable international gaming regulations and the laws of the jurisdiction in which ambo4d holds its operational license. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement or your use of the Platform, the following process applies:

1. Informal Resolution: We encourage you to first contact our support team at [email protected] to resolve any concern informally. We will respond within 2 business days.
2. Formal Complaint: If an informal resolution is not reached within 14 days, you may submit a formal written complaint. ambo4d will acknowledge formal complaints within 5 business days and endeavor to resolve them within 30 business days.
3. Escalation: If the dispute remains unresolved following the above process, both parties agree to submit to binding arbitration under internationally recognized arbitration rules before initiating any court proceedings.

Nothing in this clause limits your statutory consumer rights under applicable law.
